At CFCC, we are a completely trainer-led facility. All personal training sessions are 1on1 (although you CAN train with a friend!) and are pre-programmed to give you the best possible experience during your time in the gym. Sessions consist of warmups, movement preparation, strength/skill work, and finish off with cooldown and mobility work. You never have to worry about things like: What should I do today? How do I work this body part? Do I really want to go to the gym today? Get ready for a GREAT time!

This includes training your body mentally and physically, as well as eating appropriately to sustain an active lifestyle. The founder of CrossFit, Greg Glassman, used this definition to define CrossFit: “CrossFit is an effective fitness program consisting of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity”.
