At Crossfit Cape Coral, we require all new members to complete our Beginners Course. This is 6 days of individualized training, teaching you:
The fundamentals of CrossFit
The basics of Olympic Weightlifting
The skill of coachability
Most importantly, we help evaluate the level of fitness that you're currently operating with, and teach you the proper ways to scale our workouts to the correct level.
